Help Idendifying makers mark

I still cant figure out who this designer is. I really would appreciate any insight.

I was kinda of resembles a Silpada piece...?

are you sure that's a mark? it looks more like a manufacturing flaw to me. is it on all the beads? Silpada's logo is the double arrow point (with a little nub representing an attached arrow shaft), and always on or near the clasp or a hang tag as far as my experience goes.

Makers hallmarks are not put on a bead from my experience.

Does the ball pendant open? There may be a mark on the inside or on the bail of the pendant. Also check the clasp area
