Any guesses on a designer ? It doesn’t quite look like a Juliana to me ? There is no clasp and I see Dog tooth prongs, could it be a Schreiner? Thanks !

I think I can confirm it is not a D&E (Juliana.) First image on this webpage.

Perhaps Selro/Selini--seems to me I remember someone posting similar as that maker.
