Authenticity Guarantee

What is up with this Authenticity Guarantee?? I sent the buyer an item that was what I said it was, and this so called Authenticity Panel got it wrong and returned it to me, the buyer was absolutely livid that she did not get her item. Plus the fact they only to it on U.S. sellers not foreign sellers. Ebay has made a big mistake by adding Authenticity Guarantee, it is not working. I know a lot of sellers not even selling on Ebay because of it. You all might want to re think this!!!!

Sorry you feel that way. I have sold some nice pieces of jewelry that have gone to authenticity guarantee and have always been very pleased. 

just because it didn’t “pass” it can be because your description didn’t match the article. They must have told you what the issue was.

Yeah they said the carat size did not match my description. It was verified by my local jeweler who is GIA certified, I don't know who does the Authenticity Guarantee on Ebay but they need some education. The buyer wanted this item so bad and they sent it back to me. Big joke!!!!!
