Artisan Sterling Amber Magnificent Necklace- can't read signature

I'm helping a customer sell some of her jewelry, and she sent me this necklace. It's big and spectacular. Signed in script Andrew? Andrea? and a last name. Also dated 8/27/96 and marked "W/AMBER U.S.A.". If anyone recognizes this artisan, I would be grateful for any insight.

@lynndf

      Agree with other poster...it is beautiful!

 It is an Artisan crafted signed piece, but where it originated...don't know. Can you ask your friend where she came across it?

     Going down thru Utah one year to reach I-40 in Flagstaff Az, we ran into numerous of roadside stands set up with Artists and their spectacular Silver jewelry for sale.

     This reminds me of some of the pieces I'd seen. You may never find out who it is but the Silver wt in troy oz and the large Amber cabashon is certain to draw in some cash. Wonderful!
