925 Turquoise Makers Mark ID help

I have this gorgeous necklace but need 2 questions answered please. Are these all turquoise stones and does anyone know this makers mark? It’s an R and a crescent moon. The clasp is stamped 925. Any help is much appreciated!

Definitely not all turquoise. Looks like a mix of treated stones including turquoise, lapis chips possibly sodalite, etc. Call it mixed stones in blues and greens and use turquoise for a keyword.

Yup. It is Relios which I understand is Carolyn Pollack.

Yes, I've always called it Carolyn Pollack.  She became well known on QVC and has quite a loyal following with her own company Relios.
