Unique vintage ceramic pendant / dancer with serape / need help with maker!!!!!

I picked this up at a older womans estate sale.  It is titled "serape."  Now here's the confusion, I can't make out those 3 letters.  Are they LGE, OR LEE?

What do these letters stand for?  What jewelry designer / maker?

Ceramic hand painted pendant measures about 3.25" x 1.75"

Looks like maybe someone made it in a ceramics class.
