I have a ring marked "PK" - can anyone tell what that means?

I have a very pretty cocktail ring, it is magnetic, but what does "PK" mean - could that be the maker? It's stamped inside the band.

It is absolutely nothing to do with psychokenis. It is a Maker's Mark. I have a sterling silver ring marked PK.
