Non paying bidder

This is gonna sound stupid but I have a non paying bidder and can't remember how to end the sale.  Can someone tell me where to go or how to do it.

If they don't pay in 96 hours, you can cancel the order and use nonpayment as the reason.

Over on the right hand side of the sold listing is a drop down menu. There should be an option in there for canceling the transaction. Just click on it and it will take you to it.
