Looking for Key words on clip earrings marked Japan

Maybe not the technical name but I’ve seen these referred to as Cha Cha earrings. Someone else will jump in with a better name hopefully!

Cha Cha is a great description for them, wardbraun. 

 I`m assuming the beads are glass?

The beads are made of glass and joined with wire.

I agree with cha cha, and you might want to throw "drippy" in there somewhere 😀.  Vintage drippy milk glass bead cha cha clip on earrings.
