Ladybug Pin - Makers Mark?

Is this a maker's mark on the bottom right wing? There is like a clear enamel on the dot that doesn't appear to be glue but I could be wrong. It seems weird that if there were a stone there before that it would be textured.

Well... the files were nice and large. I looked at the two with the mark and flipped them horizontally and vertically, rotated them all around, and I'm no seeing a coherent mark. Maybe someone else will have better eyes. I'll look forward to hearing what they see.
