Not sure if this will help but the diamond shaped Marks look like French Makers Marks.

Thank you, that's a start.  I was looking for American makers, because of 14K mark.  I thought European gold would be marked 585?

My very first thought was Oceania. (Possibly Australia because of the Opal.)

The modern Marks do not match though.

Oh, that’s interesting! I should try different countries. The ring appears to be older, the shank is slightly bent. If 7 refers to the size, that it’s been sized, bcs note its size 8. It probably doesn’t matter that much, who the maker is, unless it’s famous maker, I’m just curious. Thank you for your help! If you ever find out, please let me know!
