Identification Help for Pendant Markings - Fraternal Organization?

Does any one recognize the markings on this pendant?  Is it Freemason?  I've looked extensively and can't find another to compare it to.  The enamel looks to be navy blue.  I believe the inscription reads "In This Sign Conquer"

Whenever there is a Motto I usually do a google search for the keywords, in this case: Motto "In this sign conquer"

The closest result I found was: Royal Army Chaplains

Your Pendant could be a Fantasy piece which is why it is slightly different.

Maybe if you do the search your results will be better.
