Just tried to print shipping labels for two items and was asked by eBay to "consider" another carrier than USPS due to significant delays.  (don't worry, I'm sure the bugs will be worked out before the all-mail-in voting in November)  I am unable to print a label with the message: No services available.

Anyway,  is anybody getting this message?   I am not shipping to the Calif/Oregon area so mailing should be fairly normal.

It is Sunday morning and I just printed a label.  It was something small 14 oz. and I am using a box.  Not sure that it matters but I am in California tons of smoke and hoping for a light wind to clear some of it out.   We have very un-healthy air so keeping in the house.

I printed a label yesterday with no problem.  Yes, the message informing me that USPS has a problem with delivering on time is there ( like no one is aware of the issue) but it didn't stop me from printing a first class shipping label using USPS as the carrier.

I just printed a label through Paypal this morning using USPS Priority and again no problem with printing a label.

I've gotten the message a bunch of times, but I have never been prevented from creating a label
