Christmas is coming, so these will be coming soon. The two cardinals are both Joan Rivers, bought in a Salvation Army that almost never has any good jewelry. The round pin is Victorian, probably made in Italy, and silver and coral.

I got the sweetest lace pin this past week. It is in its original leather box which is a bonus because the clasp is unusual and fits perfectly into the slot.
I bought this pendant at the Salvation Army a few weeks ago.
I have no idea if it is old or new.
On Sunday I almost had a meltdown because I couldn't find this pendant pictured below.
I had almost given up when my husband found it had dropped out of its usual spot and somehow fallen under a piece of furniture. HUH?

About 4 weeks ago, after lockdown was eased, a friend and I held a garage sale in my drive.
I had some jewelry out, including these two small sterling pendants which I put out in the "50 cents for any item" box but anyway, they didn't sell. 🤣 Folks were so cheap that I eventually took the box inside rather than be insulted with the offers. (would you take $1 for 5?)
Seriously though I am so pleased and thankful that they didn't sell! I subsequently did some research and see that these are two good designers.
Yesterday I got this pendant in a grab bag.
Damaged but I like it anyway.
Tests as sterling but might just be heavily plated. Not a clue as to age.
Berber?
In the same grab bag, also broken but it reminds me of Jakob Bengel designs.
I am thinking probably a 1980s nod to deco.

Still not buying. I pulled out five totes that I haven't opened since moving to Killeen. So finding treasures in my own home for now. But thought these might brighten the day.

Bravo on all the dandy eye candy 👏! Truly all beautiful pieces! I got out for some yardsale therapy over the weekend. While two women were barricading the jewelry box, I moved down the table to a cloth covered in pins. I spotted 2 good ones so I rolled up the entire cloth plus a couple necklaces laying next to it and asked the seller what she wanted. She said $20.00. Worked for me!

At another yardsale, I bought a sterling moonstone necklace, bracelet and pin for 50 cents each. The blue moonstones in the bracelet are really good quality:
While I was leaving one of the yardsales, a man stopped me and said he heard me asking for jewelry. He said his wife died in June and we wanted to sell all her jewelry. He didn't know if it was good or bad but he would sell it all for $75.00, so we met up on Sunday. The costume was real mediocre, but with most large lots there's usually some good stuff mixed in. I picked out a little over 4 ounces of sterling and a 1/2 oz. of gold, so the $75.00 was well spent:
Dream, looks like you had a good weekend. The sales around here are mostly tools, so I have had to depend on the thrifts. Ill Will brought jewelry back for Halloween but most of it is junk. I say most because I found a few things. All marked $2 or less. Most of it is listed but these two.

I got this in the mail yesterday. I bought it with the $25 coupon eBay recently gave long time eBay members and that was posted about here on this forum. Had I not read about it here I would probably been none the wiser about this promotion. So yay thanks to the poster who mentioned it on this board and thanks to eBay!
