China vintage pin brooch plastic

I have searched everywhere for information on this... I think the back metal is silver..ideas?

This looks to be an older piece based on construction.   My guess would be molded celluloid or plastic of some kind.  It does not look carved to me nor does the back show signs of it being bone or ivory.  My guess would be this is from the late 40s to mid 50s.

Thank you, I have tried to search it all kinds of ways to see if I could find another one and so far I have yet to find one oh, if you see one please post a picture, thanks a bunch 4  your help

I agree with Sandy. If you clean the back frame with a soft cotton cloth it might reveal an additional Hallmark. It might be Chinese Characters or Western Initials.
