It appears from your photos the clasp is a replacement since the plating is a different shade than the balance of the necklace.  There's a good chance the maker's name was on the original clasp.    Here is a portion of a 1968 ad for a Monet necklace.   If your necklace isn't a Monet, it's by a company who copied the type of end they used.
