Please help in IDing these heavy glass taper candle holders

I have no idea if these candle holders are vintage or new. Any ideas? 5" in diameter; 1  1/2" in height. Each weighs over 1  1/2 lbs.  Clear glass with a slight blue tint. Thanks for any help you can offer!
