What do you think about sellers listing oriental rugs - hand knotted- as new but their fringes at both ends have been cut with scissors? They are listed from $1200 to one I saw priced over $34,000 for an oversized one, and yet again, the fringes were cut off..... leaving the rugs vulnerable to unraveling.
Is this a scam or what?
