Identify Snakes?

I have a snake and really have no ideal on what kind it is.  If I post pictures here can anypne help me identify it?

There's only two kinds of snakes.  Good ones and bad ones.  If it's wiggling it's a bad one.  Easy to turn it into a good on, you can use a hoe, an ax, shovel, shotgun etc.
