I bought a cup and saucer with this symbol and have not been able to find out what it means.  Does anyone recognize it and please tell me what it is for.  Thank you.

SFWC stands for so many organizations why even Small Furry Woodland Creatures, seriously...the Axe and Mallet though are probably forestry, woodland those kind of jobs. You may want to post this on the collectables category as their are some good posters there! Good luck
