 I believe it may be the bobeches. I hope that helps.

Yes, these are bobèches!  Before chandeliers were wired for electricity, these served to catch the hot wax from dripping.  These are lovely!!!!!   You see them often in crystal to be used with individual candle sticks to keep wax  from dripping.
