Hi…I’d appreciate any help identifying this …At first I thought maybe a wine glass or candle holder of some sort, but can’t find anything that remotely resembles this.  Thanks in advance!  Rose

Sorry...the tag on the bottom is a tag from the person's garage sale...what I meant was there was no other tag other than that.   Thanks again!  Rose
