Please, need to know if there is anyone that may know what kind of feathers these are, and their value?  These were my brothers for tiring flies for fishing. Thank you for any help

Hello,

Looks to be  breast, back and tail feather skins.  I think these could be  from game birds like Pheasant #4, Quail , Guinea Fowl #5, and  Poultry (Chicken #6). Maybe even an Owl (#2).
