Please help me identify this German Doll.

I inherited this 25 inch tall German bisque doll. It has a mark on the back "Germany 3", a leather body, an open mouth with 4 upper teeth, sleep eyes and an odd hole in its chin. I would greatly appreciate a solid answer.

Have you tried doing a google image search? I just did one and found a lot of dolls that look very similar to yours. However none them had the chin mark, or what ever it is.
