This is one of my listings. I was trying to include "best offer" on this item but can't seem to find it anywhere on the listing page.

YOu can''t include a best offer option on an auction..only on a fixed price item. If you are interested in an offer lower than your opening bid, then you should lower it to the lowest possible that you will actually take for your item, or list it as a fixed price item.

You know, I figured it out right after posting the question. We're kind of on edge right now since having no bids/activity on this item for 3 days and time is almost up. I'm wondering if there will be any last minute bids till the end and if I'll get any bids if I have to repost. Have you had this happen?

It's normal to have most activity in the last few minutes of your auction.
Actually, you may already have a bidder or two who have set up a 'snipe' bid with a sniping service which will execute the bid in the last few seconds of the auction.
This is one reason not to allow bottomfeeders to offer to purchase before the auction has run its course. I once had a snipe bid of $700+ on an item when the newbie seller closed the auction on Day Six when bidding was still at the opening bid (IIRC in the $25 range.) Perhaps he panicked , perhaps he got a $50 offer. We will never know.
