hi, very concerned about this problem. i list a lv purse on ebay and went to the authenticater and they said they were not sure, are they in the business to know what there doing? i have a letter from carol ives a lv authenticater that said is was real and paid her for the service. what can i do ebay took it down and now i am sure the buyer thinks i am selling fake purse. this purse was a limited edition and they really need to know what there doing for this service its not fair...........here is my letter from MY authenticater.
I have attached a photo of the purse I think you are talking about. Is it the bag? If so, it is authentic. The bag in the attached photo is rare. It was a special edition in the year it was made.
Best regards,

I'm sorry to say Ebays authentication service is a joke. IMO, you should sell on a different platform. Ebay will BREAK YOUR HEART!

"help dig into this further for you" LMAO. These people say they want to help, thank you for being a long standing customer, except they do nothing to help
