What is a good way to find comps and/or how to price vintage Coach both new with tags and new without tags If only pre-owned can be found in sold listings? Also, do you think a transposed error can increase or decrease value?

As long as you're sure your comps are genuine items (i.e., not fake), you can compare other listings of the same style and try to find them in the same color and similar condition. Check various sites, both active, completed and when you can, check sold items to see what they sold for.
Keep in mind that anyone can ask any exorbitant price for their item but that doesn't mean it'll sell for that amount nor does it mean it's worth the price.
As for scrambled prefixes or other legitimate mistakes, my opinion is that it doesn't make an item more valuable and it won't necessarily sell for more. Most mistakes or transposition of characters aren't one offs and there are many items with the same mistake.
There are some mistakes that can actually make it more difficult to sell an item because it's more difficult (or sometimes impossible) to prove authenticity.

Yes,
In this case like I mentioned there are no comps to check. I've checked sold and listed across a dozen platforms but finding vintage new with tags is few and far between, hence my question how to gauge a price when there are no comps. Guess shoot for the stars and see where you land on a offer.

That's the issue, per my post there are no comps because there are only pre-owned in used condition, I have one new with tags and one new without tags, nothing can be found in this condition.
