Sellers outside the U.S. cannot send a prepaid return label. Have you asked them for return money? Go to the case and ask eBay for the refund if the seller hadn't  resolved this by giving you return money up front.

It is too small, the seller said I can keep the bag and I can receive $40. From ebay "This listing has been removed for a policy violation"
