I purchased a Givenchy bag from  a seller  with a 98% rating.

After Ebay received the bag at its authentication facility they returned my money.

They were not specific about why they did not accept the bag as authentic.

That bag is still on Ebay. Why?

Now I see another bag by the same seller.

Is it wise to try to do business with this seller again?

If it's still listed, they probably found something that was different then the description the seller gave.

If they found a scratch that wasn't mentioned, that would be enough for the item to fail.

Have a great day.

An authentic bag can fail authentication.

Balenciaga Limited Edition  Destroyed sneakers were failing authentication because the authenticator thought they were worn and not new. They were brand new made to look worn on purpose.

If one of them is the same bag you bought and failed, read the description and check the photos there may be addition info and/or new photos added to the new listing. As kensgiftshop said, could have failed because they found something that was not in the description, not necessarily that it was not authentic.
