One Bag mis-identified & One Fake Coach Bag

I sent a message to both of these sellers, neither one responded.

This 9715 Coach Legacy Bag   is mis-identified as a Stewardess Bag.  The Stewardess bag No is 9925, it has feet at the bottom, and is usually able to get a higher price than a Legacy bag.  The seller made no changes after I pointed this out. Is this ignorance or is this theft?

This listing is described as a Sports Coach crossbody bag,   (there is no such line).  This is a fake coach Bag. Are sellers allowed to do this? How should it be handled?

Sellers are human and make mistakes. Misnaming a style isn't "theft" nor is it misleading. Additionally, sellers aren't required to respond to questions.

Not all sellers know the correct names of the style(s) of the bag(s) they're selling. 

JMHO, people who are writing to others to "correct" errors should make sure they're giving accurate advice about what they believe needs correction. FYI, stewardess bag is NOT style number 9925 as you claim. 

I didn't see the alleged "fake bag" so can't comment on that or whether it's authentic or not.

It’s true that there have been several numbers for the Stewardess bag. I mis-typed the code. It is in fact 9525.

your information is lacking as there definitely is a product line called 'Sports Coach' its a knock off brand but very legal. Also, the stewardess was introduced in 1976 and it had all kinds of random numbers until 1994 when they began stamping them with their style numbers. There were some newer ones made that also may have an odd number or an 0 in front of the 9525.
