You can sell authentic items but you need to verify authenticity before listing. (If the brand name on the bag is "Luis" Vuitton, it's not authentic.)
Be aware that the bag will probably be part of the Authenticity Guaranteed program and it'll have to be sent to the authenticators before the buyer gets it. And you'd darned well better be sure it's genuine. Additionally, the condition needs to be accurately described and detailed pictures of various parts of the bag need to be shown.
