SO9099 is an invalid date code. Also the font on this doesnt look right and it should not be that faint.. I am not 100% certain because the pics are not great but I am leaning towards no

Sandimas, I have better pics this morning.  I think the date code is GR3099.  Hope this helps.  And thank you for all you do!  🙂
