Authenticator damaging bags

Has anyone else sent a perfect and new bag to authenticator and then they tell buyer it has stains?

They are extremely fussy and look for any possible issues that might be there and weren't disclosed. 

It sounds like you haven't received the return yet, right? 

Until you see what they're seeing, it's a bit premature to speculate.
