My experience with this seller is the following
They sold me Rayban sunglasses, free shipping - I paid for them but they created a label for USPS and in tracking they sent me the label with tracking. 5 business days later I check tracking and the USPS says package acceptance waiting and I call USPS and they say there was a label and they did not get the actual package. Reached out to ebay they can't do anything till after the package last day to arrive even after I explained that USPS never even got the package -- but that's eBay's policy to wait for the window of delivery. Anyways, seller then agrees to send me 2 day, but then after I ask for tracking they delayed again... And then they never send me tracking 12 days later I get the refund. I doubt they ever had the sunglasses. Why eBay allows seller's like this, not good.
Also, takes days for them to respond. Very sad. I look at other feedback and this is a typical standard this seller does, if you read the negative it's several comments that have the same exact problem.

It's prudent to look at feedback before you make your purchase, not afterward 98% is a good score in school but a really poor score on eBay.

Obviously but ebay should be doing better quality checks on sellers it’s ridiculous they allow shady sellers and then blame buyer. Amazon is excellent at taking responsibility and don’t inconvenience buyers. The sellers are wasting buyer time if ebay doesn’t enforce and do
quality checks
