None of the brands you've mentioned "wholesale" their bags.
If you want to sell NEW name brand bags, you need to buy them from legitimate department stores and discounters such as Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc.
You can find deals at thrift stores but you'd darned well better learn your product so you know if your "find" is fake or not. If you list fakes (knowingly or not), your ebay and online selling career won't last long.

If you think that "making a viable carreer" for yourself can be done by buying name brands wholesale and then selling them at retail prices, your carreer is going to be very short. Thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of Ebay newbies thought the same thing and "bought wholesale" only to find that theyd gotten stuck with a room full of fakes.
If youre thinking on making a living on Ebay even though Ebay keeps losing long-time sellers because they no longer can make a living at it due to increasingly restrictive rules and high fees, you really need to have a back-up plan.
And BTW, if your "buy low and sell high" plan was practical, dont you think EVERYBODY would be doing it? Your search for wholesale sellers is going to end up costing you some serious money and possibly get you into legal trouble since selling counterfeits - which is what everything on those "wholesale" websites is - is a federal offense in the US and most other countries. As Alberta said, the better brand name manufacturers DONT wholesale. Why should they? Theyd be cutting their own throats. Any deep discounting is done through their own branded brick-and-mortar outlet stores. A few brands dont discount AT ALL. And there are already enough Ebayers buying from those legitimate stores every time they have a sale and then flooding Ebay with 50 examples of the same item.
