Selling Vintage Clothing

I'm listing a collection of vintage children's clothing I have that were made in the 1970s by Sears Roebuck, are unique, can't be found anywhere and are very valuable.  I have great pictures, including the interior tags, and I'm thinking of a good price for each garment.  As I started to create the listing, images came up for similar clothing, but nothing comes close.  How do you decide on a starting price?

Thanks

How do you know they are very valuable if you haven't seen listings to compare?

Search not only eBay sold listings but also other sites where preowned clothing is sold. Get an idea based on brand, era, style. It doesn't have to be the exact same garment to make a price comparison.

You may want to consider a different photo set up with better lighting to achieve a higher selling price. Comparing the first and second photos I can see they're the same item, but the colors of the dress are vastly different in the images. Which is more true to color?

I’ve sold vintage clothing for about 17 years.

Sears is not a high high end brand, although their clothes in the 70s were better quality than now. Same with K-Mart, believe it or not.

The reason you aren’t finding any comparisons is because the market for children’s vintage is pretty minimal... or at least it was the last time I paid attention.

Baby clothes and super frilly toddler dresses have a big market, though.

And, sorry, that cute little smocked spaghetti strap dress is not particularly iconic.

What do the seams look like? Serged or  not?

Moreover, the style, fabric content tag and washing instructions push it to late 70s... but these had a 90s resurgence.
