I have a beaded Pierre Cardin evening bag. Gorgeous. Inside stamped in gold Pierre Cardin Paris. I can find none sold on Ebay. There are 3 listed on Etsy in the $600 dollar range. I can find no information as to when this bag was made. It looks early 1980s. Other sellers are saying 60s - 70s. Does anyone have any experience with this brand of bag? Any ideas of pricing?
The ones you refer to appear to be from the late 1960s/early 1970s. I'm basing that on their size, shape and chain length. And they're really quite nice. Didn't remember that Cardin produced bags.
