PC Palm Tree Designer logo - Help Identifiying

I have a wicker purse that I am trying to identify the maker

On one side there is a charm that says "PC" with a palm tree in the center.  On the other there is a pineapple charm with "PC".  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing possibly made in Hawaii? Maybe the P stands for Pacific of Polynesian?

Total wild guess though...
