Identifying a clothing logo

At a dead end on this one. Anybody recognize it? Men's jacket.

It looks like an old Carolina Herrera logo - it's the same font they use.  Couldn't guarantee it though.

That was my first guess, but couldn't find a match with the overlapping letters. Thanks.
