How do I appeal a counterfeit item being removed?

Hi, I just posted this in response to someone else that this has happened to, I wanted to open it up and put it to the community in case anyone has any thoughts or ideas.   I have been selling 100 percent authentic goods for the last 5 years, this last year there has been a spate of removals of my items, its now happening every 2 weeks, My account is suspended for 10 days, it has happened 4 times in the last 8 weeks, its not just  new items that I have listed, they also decide that an item previously listed and has been on their site for a few months is now suddenly fake.. i have called them, written to them, they are driving me out of business and there is no recourse, no way to challenge.. when I know for a fact that everything I have listed is authentic.. VC the french well known seller of preloved luxury goods, who authenticate before the item goes live have accepted all of the items that ebay are saying are fake, its like someone has got it in for me or wants me to not sell anymore, i have gone beyond being livid.. does any one know any legal help that specialise in this area?

While I can't speak to the authenticity of removed items as they're no longer viewable, I have several comments:

There have been a number reports of mistakes from VC that have been posted on another purse forum. (You can find posts by googling. (Reports were that fakes were deemed authentic and authentic items were deemed fake.)

The email notice you received when ebay removed the listings usually should have contact information giving instructions with where to send an appeal. If you do have COAs from professional authentication services, you should be able to submit those to prove the takedowns were done in error. 

If you don't get anywhere that way, you can contact actual ebay employees through the Facebook Ebay for Business account. Send them a private message with a description of what happened and how you can appeal and get the green light to get the listings reinstated. (You also want the dings and violations removed from your record.)
