There's bone in the tiered skirt and the markings of "Warren's Featherbone" -- Can anyone help me with dating the dress? I am reading about Warren Featherbone and seeing that it was invented in the 1880s but used through at least the 50s, and this dress looks 20s to me, but I'm not sure from when. Any help would be appreciated.
