My only defense is that have been sick for over a week and I hope someone wll take pity on me and help me figure this out. My brain hurts.
I want to send some LV to A4U and am confused about the process. At one point on the page it says not to use to Paypal button because it has been disabled, but the button works. But when I use that button, it brings up cost at the current exchange rate which is less than the US $7.50.
Should I actually be sending the US $7.50 via Paypal and then the photos in a seperate email? If I do that do I send it as goods/services or personal?
Thanks in advance!

I just finished doing an LV with them. I went through their Facebook page and got an immediate response. I sent the $7.50 through PayPal using goods/services (it does adjust automatically to the current exchange rate), and added my photos to a private message to them. It was easy and fast. Highly recommend them. I was having trouble contacting them some time ago, and someone here on the board suggested I go through FB and it worked out great! Good luck to you

Many say that contact thru FB is best but the last time I used them I just PP’d $7.50 for services and sent pictures and PP payment info in a separate email and had a response in about a week-but that was some time ago.
i think we all need to remember that many fashion boards recommend them (for good reason IMO) and they sometimes get behind.

When I used them, I sent $7.50 through Paypal, sent pictures through email and contacted through FB to let them know I paid and sent pics. I paid for a service.

I've used them for vintage Chanel. This is the process that works best for me:
I just go to PP and send the $7.50 USD to their PP address. Then I go to the FB page, refer to my payment details and send them the required photos through Messenger - basically do all the communication through FB. That process works well for me.
If you aren't on FB, I would do the same thing, but via email (I think the address is on their page) - pay through PP but send photos via email.
HTH!
