Thrifted this and would like to authenticate it. Measurements are in cm.

No one here can Authenticate your item.
We can all guess and apply what we know about products but authenticate, no we cannot.
Maybe take it to a Coach store?
Coach stores are the last place to get opinions on authenticity.
CS at Coach stores are trained to SELL current items. They aren't trained in nor often are unfamiliar with items that may be limited edition, older, outlet items (at a full priced store), boutique items (at the outlet) and in many cases, CS members weren't even born when some vintage bags were made.
Coach wants buyers to buy from them and from their stores, so when customers tell clerks they bought items at yard sales, thrift stores or ebay and want to verify authenticity, they're told items are fake whether that it true or not.
If someone here knows Coach, knows what to look for in determining authenticity and knows what pictures are needed for verification, posters can get educated opinions on authenticity.
Such opinions don't count as accepted authentications in ebay's eyes but if the opinion comes from someone who has proven knowledge, they are dependable. (Coach isn't one of the brands in the "authenticity guaranteed" program so they don't go to the authenticator prior to being forwarded to the buyer.)
