1/15/2021 - i purchased an item on 12/11/2020, paid for immediately, have not received it. tried contacting seller by email 3 times, no response or return email. on purchase estimated delivery for 1/29/2021???? tried asking EBAY for help, no help. I have been member for several years, very disappointed and thinking of stopping usage all together.
Presently every sale i purchased had delayed shipping of at least 3 weeks....even at Christmas holdiay....no good to track shipments, they sit a post office for days on end...doesn't even matter if you pay for item immediately, you are lucky if you see your item within 10 days and that is if you are in the next state over from where you purchased it.
Maybe we all better go back to shopping at goodwill and thrift stores for
discounted clothing.....

Should've actually checked the estimated delivery date/time before you purchased then. Of course eBay is no help, it isn't expected to be delivered yet.
If you've got no tracking number, the seller still ignores communications, and 1/29 arrives, I'd immediately file an 'item not received' case.

The postal service has been buried due to the pandemic, increase in online shopping , mail-in voting and shipping and the holidays. Couple that with the postmaster general decreasing employment, cutting hours, closing post office locations and removing mailboxes, it's amazing that USPS is able to get anything done!
Since last summer, there have huge delays. In fact, checking tracking on the postal website warns of delays.
Patience is needed now because it's not the seller's fault! Please don't blame the seller.

May I ask why you'd leave neutral feedback for a seller who shipped the item promptly? It's not the seller's fault that the item sat "at Akron post office so long" when by your own admission and post, you're aware that it's the post office that's experiencing delays and not sellers' fault?
IMO, it's unreasonable to blame sellers for problems that are out of their control.

Why in heavens name would you fault a seller for something that is CLEARLY no fault of theirs?
If you expect quick shipping right now, I'm afraid you will continue to be disappointed. Maybe brick and mortar stores would be better for you in these very trying times. You can walk in and walk out with what you are looking for.
This is not the time for instant gratification.
If I were you, I would post a reply on that feedback stating the seller is NOT AT FAULT for slow shipping.

Here's a head-scratcher for you .... I went and looked at the OP feedback page to see the neutral feedback and LO AND BEHOLD !!! I see my user ID in her feedback replying to feedback left.
. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY MY NAME IS IN HER/HIS FEEDBACK replying to a feedback left?
OP id = dbritton2018 / Seller: mc**** (I don't sell or buy jeans on eBay, nor do I say YEE-HAW)

Continues to amaze me that their are online buyers who aren't aware of the holdups for USPS which have been occurring for months now and all over the news. I'm feeling like I want to go live in the world they live in....

You still have two weeks for delivery.

I'm glad it's not just me that sees that. Thought I got hacked and was just finding out through feedback.
So what do you think is happening?!?! Another weirdness happening on the Bay.

I found that glitch with the feedback a couple of days ago. I tried it when logged in on 2 of my IDs and it showed as being posted by whichever was logged in.
But after logging out and checking, no ID is shown.

I'm not sure why that happened, but don't sound like it was just us that noticed it?

Most assuredly some eBay IT coding to prevent the actual ID that was doing the follow-up to the feedback from being shown to anyone looking at the feedback.
No harm, no foul as demonstrated by our posts, we are the only ones seeing our ID there, but it is a bit alarming until we know.
