Can I use LEATHER LIKE?

I'm about to list a clothing item set but the only way for me to describe it is by using the words leather like.  I'd also like to include them in the title.

The item is made of cotton but  the top surface is treated or finished in such a way that it does look like leather.  Does this finish on a fabric even have a name?

Is this allowed or I'll be accused of keyword spamming?

TIA

I would think that "leather like" would be considered to be KWS in a way similar to why you can't use "like new" in your titles.

Buyers looking for leather don't want non-leather items and leather like would bring up non-leather.

I can explain it to you but I can’t understand it for you.

Could you post a picture of it? Maybe a close up of the fabric also?

I don't know why the photo has gone sideways!?

Anyway, from a pink fabric made of 100% cotton, it was transformed into something which is leather like. If you could only see the actual item, you'll also think it is leather.

What is the name on the label? Is it Angelo Marsal?

It looks like it's waxed. There are waxed clothing items & they sometimes look like leather.

Is the item actually two layers? Can you pull the pink from the front fabric?

Hi,
The suit is by an Italian designer, Angelo Marani.
It's not in 2 layers and you cannot pull the pink from the front fabric. The finish or possibly waxing giving it that effect was applied directly onto the pink cotton material.

I would just describe the material it is made of using the words that are on the content tag.

Some brands are now selling items made of "Vegan leather" but I would not use that term unless that was the official description of the item.

I don't really think that looks like leather to me. With the visible pink streaks, it is obviously not leather. I don't know if it is made by the same process as waxed cotton waterproof jackets or not, so I wouldn't call it that either unless you can verify that's what it is.

@lacemaker3
And I was supposed to use waxed finished.
To be on the safe side I'll just add the usual descriptions with measurements, and end by "look at the photos", which I normally do.
