Buyer Thinks Vera Bradley Is Fake :-(

Hi! I had a buyer request a return but chose to claim that the bag is not authentic as reason for return. I suspect that it is to avoid paying return shipping and a restock fee. I have provided her with proof that it is not fake by showing her the pattern on thier website, pointing out to her that the tag is shown in one of the photos and that there is no poor stitching shown. She will not respond back and I only have until the 18th to do something. I've been around Vera Bradley for 25+ years. I know it's genuine but could a few of you other girls chime in for me. I don't think this has ever happened before. VB isn't costly enough to counterfeit anyway. Thanks for any opinion! It is number

Frankly knowing your ID as I do, I can't believe any buyer would question you for anything being fake.

I too sell VB and it is NOT faked and never has been.

NM, I see the other pics now.

It appears from the one pic shown to be a Mini Hipster.

Your buyer is trying to avoid paying the return shipping.

Make sure after this is all settled to block her.

BTW, I'd really appreciate you PMing the buyer ID so I can block her.

This is  a dirty trick  on the part part of a  dishonest buyer.  Or who---knows,  she  may be  a competitor who  is trying to hurt your business!  The awful  thing is  that  Ebay will  probably  let her get  away with  it--because they  now  pretty much always  take  the side of all  buyers  in all  Snad cases.     And if you try to fight  this  Dispute--you  will   probably  get a  Defect put on  your  Seller

  Performance  Record.  And  itakes  a  tiny number of Defects  before  Ebay limits  or  restricts  a seller's account.

I suspect theonly  way to  protect  your  account to   just send her a refund
