Authentic Coach?

Hello again!  I purchased this beautiful bag and was hoping it was authentic.  It zip around the top down one side.  The slip pocket in front has a suede type of lining while the inside has a sateen logo lining.  Please tell me and if you might know the name of it that would be wonderful.  Thank you so much ahead of time for your time!

It's probably a fair conclusion that no one is familiar with it.

Without measurements, it's impossible to even guess what it's supposed to be.

Is there a white label with 2 rows of letters/numbers sewn inside?

Measurements are 9.5" x 11.5" and there's only a tag that says made in China on the inside.

Can you take a picture of that tag and look really far down inside or in a pocket if there is another tag and take a picture of it>?

The measurements seem to make it a tablet/iPad sleeve.

I don't see red flags but I've never seen it before.
