Authentic Coach City Bag?

Good afternoon wise ones. Can you tell me if this city bag is authentic? Seems like the month, year numbers are switched. If I buy it....can I sell it?

That one is okay. It's a legitimate mistake that Coach made. They transposed the month and year codes.
