They were made at least 5 years apart, give or take a year or two either way. The Springlock is the original design and the green one is from the early 1990s, 1990 to 1993. Coach discontinued the Springlock right around 1993 and with only one or two exceptions, any styles still in production that had used the Springlock closure switched to the Turnlock. The black one youre asking about with the Turnlock was made in 1997. Both are authentic Coach mini bags.
