using allstate warranty purchased through ebay

I purchased a device and an Allstate extended warranty on ebay.  Unit failed and the sellers warranty expired.

Seller said a return for repair is through ebay. Filing a claim on Allstate, entering the purchase information, they think it is still under manufacturers warranty.

How do i contact ebay support to get some help

If it's  been more than 30 days whatever you and the seller do is not covered by eBay. You could return it to the seller and have no recourse if they don't replace or refund.

If it's still  covered by the manufacturer you need to contact the manufacturer.
